We buy land all of the Continental United States.

We present clients with the best deal possible but are able to negotiate when additional information is presented. 

All properties are purchased "as is" with no expectation for the seller to make improvements.

All properties are closed through a local title company or attorney's office. You will be presented with a check or wire transfer at closing. 

The purchase agreement will need to be signed and submitted to Offers@Horizonsdevelopment.com. We encourage you to call or email and let us know you intend to accept the offer so that we can help coordinate the purchase agreement submission.

As long as all parties that own the land want to sell the land, you can sell it. You do not need to have any knowledge of the state of the property, although we do ask that you give any knowledge that you do have.

We always conduct our own research and conduct due diligence on any land we buy.

Absolutely! Send us the information about the other properties and we will put an offer together. If possible we will try and complete all purchases in one deal. 

Horizons Development is a legitimate land development and investment company that purchases hundreds of properties per year.

Although our approach to finding land to buy may be a bit unconventional, we are a professional company run by hard working and honest people.

We buy all of our properties with our own funds and do not assign contracts to any other investors. We do not wholesale.

We close all of our purchases through title companies and attorneys to protect both parties.

Simply put, our goal is to be a fast and easy solution to buy your land.
